Since our Auras get damaged from the natural occurrences of everyday life. Stress, intense emotions, negativity... all of these things negatively impact and damage the aura. When you recieve an aura healing, light is sent to repair the aura helping you feel refreshed and renewed. This healing modality is highly recommended as a general session at least twice a year
